On Wednesday evening @ 10:19pm EST we experienced a server crash in our Valley Forge facility. Redundancy measures automatically moved systems to the remaining servers as designed. The failed server has been brought back online. If you're using Citrix, you may experience a bit of lag over the next 30 minutes as the system re-balances itself. There was no data loss and all systems are up and running at this time.
